Frequently Asked Questions:
- Do you combine shipping?
Most cases with larger items we do not offer combined shipping. I prefer to ship necks and bodies separately from each other to prevent damage.
Examples include:
Small parts can be shipped together for international customers.
Small parts can be shipped with neck/body/cases, etc.
2 Necks can be shipped inside 1 box.
Bodies ship separately from each other unless otherwise noted.
Bodies/Necks can be shipped inside of cases as long as they fit.
We offer a discount for combined shipping, not free shipping per additional item. Please contact us with any questions for more info.
- Will my item be properly packed and secure?
Yes absolutely! We know how rough shipping companies are with handling packages. Whether you are spending $50.00 or $500.00, your package is packed and wrapped the same way. Necks, bodies and parts are shipped in new boxes/bubbled envelopes and also wrapped in bubble wrap. Outside boxes of necks, bodies and cases are also marked with “Fragile! Please handle with care” stickers to ensure further safety.
If you want pictures of your item (necks, bodies, cases, etc.) during packaging process, please leave a note in order details and we will be glad to send you pictures.
- I cannot find a specific item I need listed in your store?
If you cannot find a specific part listed in our store, feel free to send a message to us and we might have one in stock or can keep your name and info down in case we come across what you are looking for. We will give you first dibs to purchase that item before listing it.
- Why are your prices lower than what you have listed on eBay and reverb stores?
Our prices are lower than third party marketplaces because with our own website our fees are significantly lower, so we are able to offer lower prices if you purchase directly from us.
